Maxwell Britton, our agent at Parks, recently helped us buy a home in Franklin, TN, near our daughter and son-in-law. Bottom line, he did a fantastic job. We’d met Max at an open house several months before and were impressed by his knowledge and personality. We felt like this was someone we  wanted to work with. Later, when a house across the street from our kids became available, we were very interested but felt it was out of reach and kept looking. We’d check back, though, and noticed wasn’t getting any offers. When we asked Max why, he had three or four good answers right off the bat that demonstrated both his local knowledge and overall real estate expertise. He compared the seller’s asking price with a few similar houses that had sold in the area, and with his guidance, we made an offer significantly under the asking price---and it was accepted. Max again provided his negotiating skills by working with the seller to pay for several major repairs, including a radon mitigation system and two new furnaces. Throughout the process, Max was always attentive to our needs, and quick to respond to questions and follow up on issues. He’s a real professional, a strong negotiator who looks out for his clients, and as a bonus, his easygoing personality makes him a pleasure to work with. We’d definitely use Max again, and highly recommend him.
